Wins & Fails
Colleen's Win: My company did a step challenge back in June (we recorded this episode far in advance) and it got me walking more, and exercise mode has really helped with keeping my numbers stable. This was a prime example of embracing discomfort, since I had to change up my routines.
Jessie's Fail: Feeling some overwhelm from finishing high school (when we recorded, she had a week left!).
Hack or Tip of the Week
Coming up with a mantra or an affirmation to repeat to yourself through the difficult times can really help with your mental health.
